Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Trips Drop app or website. By using Trips Drop you agree to them. We have kept them short and readable on purpose.

What Trips Drop is

Trips Drop is a deal discovery service: we watch flight and hotel prices and alert you when they drop. We are not a travel agency and we do not sell flights or hotel rooms. When you book, you book with a third party (such as Kiwi.com or Booking.com) on their site, under their terms.

Travel deals move fast. Prices can change or sell out at any moment, sometimes between the time we find a deal and the time you tap it. We do our best to keep deals fresh and accurate, but we cannot guarantee the availability or accuracy of any deal.

Trips Drop Premium

• Premium is an optional subscription purchased as an Apple in-app purchase, so Apple handles the payment.
• Where offered, Premium includes a 7 day free trial.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time in your App Store subscription settings; cancelling stops the next renewal.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Acceptable use

Use Trips Drop as a normal person planning trips. Do not scrape or bulk-extract our deal data, resell access to the service, probe or disrupt our systems, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our responsibility

Trips Drop is an information service. We are not a party to any booking you make, and we are not responsible for the acts, prices, availability or policies of airlines, hotels, booking sites or other third parties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we will update the date at the top and let you know in the app. Continuing to use Trips Drop after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in still apply to you.
